After completing a 12-month YES Graduate Programme in Personal and Private Banking Compliance (Product Design and Innovation) at Nedbank, Bafana is now expanding that interest into digital transformation and AI — looking at how emerging technologies get adopted responsibly, not just compliantly. Bafana is currently exploring opportunities across risk, compliance, finance, and data, and is open to where that thinking can add the most value.
