Who is Bunting anyway?

I was born with the name of Jenny Lind V. Medenilla, nicknamed Bunting by my family and relatives. I was born with an inherited talent for business. I am a highschool alumni of Batch '95 at Roosevelt College, Lamuan, Marikina City. I am also an alumni of Polytechnic Univ. of the Philippines, Manila, finishing, BS in Clinical Psychology. I currently works full time for a shipping company.

I already have 10 years experience in selling (Network Marketing, Direct Sales, Real Property). But my forte and first love is selling Real Properties (House and Lots, Lots, Condominiums, etc.). I was awarded Top 3 in Sales at Acerhome Development Corporation. Recently, been awarded 1st Place Sales Associate for Filinvest Corporation. I've been doing the business part-time, using leverage system to manage time and inquiries, also have a full-time attitude in taking care of clients, and finding other good properties to sell.

I am an industrious person, committed to finish tasks I started, careful in keeping integrity and strong relationships between me and my clients.
