Two things that I am very passionate about and feel that define me are serving others and traveling. Ever since I was little, I have volunteered and been involved in various service organizations. At a young age, this can be seen as something forced by adults, however, as I entered college, I learned that service was one of my personal passions. I quickly became involved with UGA Miracle on campus, an organization which raises money for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As I was struggling to find my niche on campus, this group provided me with a loving family and home that I have come to cherish greatly. I love to plan fundraising events, to brighten others' days, and to lend a helping hand as much as possible throughout UGA Miracle. In addition, I also love to travel, both locally and internationally. My family played a large role in my love for traveling through the many vacations I had the privilege of going on growing up. We vacationed in ways: anywhere from camping in the woods to cruising on the ocean, and we also have visited many amazing places such as Alaska, the Caribbean islands, Chicago, and the Mediterranean coast. Through these experiences, I developed an appreciation and interest for many different cultures and languages. Because of my love for both service and travel, I have grown to be a well-rounded, open-minded, caring, and compassionate individual.
