A: They try to ship to the port closest to your final destination for larger quantities.
For hundred taps they will ship directly from China via air door to door service.
Q: “What kind of design do we provide?”
A: The Alison Group provides a 3D graphic design of every tap and in case of new clients who have small orders of hundred, they will charge $150.00 per design. At no additional charge, they will do up to three tweaks to this design.
Q: “What type of ferrule design can I use for my tap handle?”
A: the ferrule can be custom designed to fit a special look or design while you have a standard gold or silver tapered ferrule design. You see no ferrule at all and the ferrule can also be internal.
Q: “What is the minimum quantity of custom tap handles I can order?”
A: they require a minimum of 100 tap handles for custom designs. To get custom tap handles, they are currently working on ways at a cost-effective price under 100 units. They do however have a selection of Stock tap handles which they offer which can be customized with your graphics.

A: depending on the complexity of the tap handle, production for up to 2500 may take from 8-10 weeks. Once produced, ocean transit and customs clearance are usually 3 weeks. Larger orders take longer.

A: The tissue wrap and poly bag each tap, then insert into a custom foam inner pack that is then packed into a marked chipboard carton, which is then master packed and palletized for shipment.
