Rick Bainbridge Crew

I’m a lifelong builder with more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the remodeling industry. I grew up in Buffalo, New York, in a devout Catholic family with over a century of building tradition, so construction has always been a part of my life. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where I also played college basketball. The discipline, teamwork, and focus I learned on the court shaped the way I lead projects today.

I moved to Charlotte in 1996 and spent two decades building and leading one of the region’s premier design-build remodeling firms. During that time, our team won major honors, including Charlotte Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year and Remodeler of the Year for both North Carolina and the Southeast. After closing the company in 2016 and taking some time off, I founded RCB Construction Management in 2018. I wanted a more personal, efficient model where I can be hands-on every day. I handle every estimate myself and personally supervise every project to ensure the level of quality I believe homeowners deserve.

Outside of work, I enjoy opera, antique cars, Italian food, basketball, travel, and supporting St. Jude and the V Foundation. Each project I take on reflects my commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and doing the job right the first time.
