Kabuleta Ramadhan, professionally known as Baka Uganda, is a versatile technology entrepreneur and a forward-thinking specialist in information technology, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
He is currently a student at Kyambogo University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computing.
He is a prominent figure in the digital space, recognized as an influential blogger, social media strategist, and creative content developer, with a particular focus on memes and motivational content.
A proud patriot, Baka Uganda is a strong supporter of the National Resistance Movement (NRM). He commends President Y. K. Museveni for promoting a political environment grounded in equality and inclusive development. His identity is deeply rooted in his Islamic faith and his heritage as a member of the Bunyoro community.
In addition to his technical expertise, he serves as a brand ambassador for BGIMAHOOD Sounds Hoima, where he applies his creativity to contribute to Uganda’s growing digital culture. He is also a proven leader and the Founder and CEO of The Memers Empire Uganda, a leading digital platform for content creators established in 2021.
