I am a Pastry Chef, that has a unique idea about food (it should taste like food). I have been cooking for as long as I can remember, first along side my father and no professionally. I can think of nothing else I would rather be doing. Bringing Joy with one little bite, bringing together families and loved ones and not being yelled at for playing with your food. LOVE IT!!!!!I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and since then have traveled, met people and experienced as many cuisines that I could.
