The practioners of A Balanced Life invite you to participate in a day of rejuvenation. Come relax with us and learn how to nourish your body, mind and soul through three different holistic practices.

Group workshops will include; Befriending Your Body, with Helen Croza, Mindful Movement, with Erica Otto and Joyful Eating, with Origins Nutrition & Wellness. Also included will be small group sessions with each practitioner, a cooking demo and a sound and movement meditation, led by Erica Otto.

The retreat will run from 8:30am - 6pm and a delicious lunch will be served, prepared by The Brew Creek Centre. The cost is $175+tax; registration ends Sept. 20th.
