Every organization eventually meets a moment where structure decides the outcome — a process that should have been controlled, a decision that should have been governed, a risk that should have been caught before it became a cost. I exist for that moment.

My work sits at the intersection of governance and execution. I don't choose between designing the framework and getting into the detail — I do both, because a system nobody can operate is just theory, and operations without structure is just chaos with good intentions.

A decade spent inside high-stakes legal and financial environments taught me how risk actually moves through an organization, and how to control it before it controls you. Time spent running live operations — with full authority and zero safety net — taught me that frameworks mean nothing until someone is accountable for making them work in the room, in real time, under real pressure.

I don't run what already works. I build what's missing, fix what's broken, and hand over something that outlasts my presence in the role.
