Currently working for Szerencsejáték Zrt, the largest gambling operator in Hungary as a CRM manager of the sportsbook section (Tippmixpro.hu). Our team is building customized promotions tailor-made to every sports bettors needs. We are using the SAS software suite to analyze sports betting behavior and to build complex promotions with the Customer Intelligence solution connected to our website CMS / mail software & SMS gateway. I'm also serving as the single point of contact of the CRM team for public promotions, including our 2018 FIFA World Cup promo launching in June.

I was previously responsible for the management of all marketing activities (including digital) for Costa Coffee Hungary for almost 5 years, working in cooperation with the Costa Coffee EU HQ in London (and later Warsaw). My role was supporting the development of the Costa Coffee franchise in Hungary (from 8 stores in 2013 to 23 stores in 2017) with promotions, store opening events and various local store & online marketing activities. I was also overseeing the in-store campaign development process, including quantitative & qualitative research, product photography, POS design, and product pricing.
