Hi. I am Balázs.
Process improver, project manager, hobby programmer, motorcycle and car tuner, cyclist.
With experience in efficiency improvement of end to end processes, I mostly work in between sales and IT in projects that help to support drive sales by enhancing the tools supporting them. As a professional of two “worlds” I have to be a good negotiator to be effective in projects that put extra workload on both departments before the return in investment can be realized.
I mostly enjoy stepping into projects that are already behind schedule, use my coaching skills to motivate people, get them up to speed and deliver within a reasonable time-frame.
Learning new processes, getting to know new people and new systems is an extra motivation factor.
