I founded the company because of my deep interest in unique healthy foods & and the environment. In many producing countries, green bananas found 'undesirable in appearance' are discarded as garbage, polluting rivers & other waterways. To reverse this, flour is milled from these bananas, creating not just a healthy food for all, but one that benefits people with special dietary needs. We are also proud to create a new and sustainable revenue stream for the farmers.
