Originally, I am from Brooklyn, NY and I'm now living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. I plan to pursue a human resource career focusing in talent acquisition and recruitment.
The most important thing I notice about a company is how well the employees are satisfied and how they're able to have a healthy balance of work and their outside life. I strongly believe that the output of a company comes from the job fulfillment within. When an employee receives affirmation on how valued they are, it makes a difference in the way they perform which is why I am pursuing a career in Human Resources. This field really is the gateway to making sure that there is employee satisfaction while also making sure that all the ducks are in line.
