Bansrelal (Bansi) is a highly capable and resourceful marketing and public relations professional with a proven track record in improving market visibility and developing a brand in the MENA region. He has been responsible for the Jones Lang LaSalle marketing and PR function in MENA for the past four years, generating in excess 15 million dollar worth of media coverage per annum. During that time, he has created successful programmes across the marketing mix; from profiling the firm at competitive trade events such as Cityscape Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Egypt and Saudi Arabia to launching the business in new countries, to transforming the MENA website platform and increasing traffic by 75%. Bansi's achievements led him to be awarded Distinguished Honouree Medal status in the International Business Awards Marketing Executive of the Year category (2011) as well as earning the firm Superbrand status in the UAE region 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 and the Bloomberg Property Award for Best Property Consultancy Website, Dubai & Arabia (2010) and Best International Property Consultancy Website, Global (2010). Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Bansi gained experience in the fashion retail and shipping sector so has a good understanding of both consumer and business to business marketing techniques. He is commercially astute, action-oriented and revenue driven with the capability to bridge the gap between marketing and sales to ensure that profit objectives are achieved. Bansi initiated marketing activities that contributed to Jones Lang LaSalle's 60% Year-on-Year growth for three consecutive years and resulted in JLL Dubai being the most profitable branch in the region. Bansi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Wollongong in Australia. Bansi speaks English, Hindi and Urdu languages.
