Moe Bar-El (born 18 May 1992) is an actor, best known for his role as Shapur Zamani in the award winning French TV series The Bureau (TV series).

Bar-El was born in Shiraz, Iran and moved to London at the age of 10 with his mother and older brother to start a new life. Bar-El was a pupil at Goldsmiths primary school, and that's where he got his first ever taste of acting. His first role was a small part in the school play Cinderella Jones. After performing and the audience cheering and clapping, he fell in love with that feeling and knew he wanted to be an actor for the rest of his life.

Since then, he has been working his way up the acting ladder and finally got his foot through the door when he landed his first lead role in 2016 as Shapur Zamani in The Bureau (TV series) for canal+. Not Long after, he landed a small role in Tyrant (TV series) for Fox Broadcasting Company. He also appeared in Snatch (TV series) as Sheikh Zeshan, which is based on the classic Guy Ritchie movie Snatch (film).
