Appointed chief executive of St Nicholas Hospice Care in 2007, I have qualifications in nursing, palliative care and systemic family therapy and have worked in hospice care since 1982.
I am passionate about hospice care and helping people live well when they are facing death and bereavement. I trained as a nurse and a family therapist and am bit of an IT fan!
