I have 24 years experience representing commercial real estate investors, lenders and developers. During the Great Recession, I have focused my practice primarily on representing distressed borrowers and guarantors in commercial real estate loan workouts, and distressed transactions. I'm a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars, and is a widely published author on commercial and industrial real estate topics including due diligence, entitlements, commercial real estate financing, and brownfield development and financing, and loan workouts.
