My name is Barbara Dixon [email protected] and I work in both onsite and online settings. My areas of study include English, Art History and Social Science. Special Education is an area of expertise. I have written several articles as well as two books on educating the gifted (i.e.,Reaching the Gifted & Our Present:Their Future) . I have done workshops internationally. A current area of professional interest is Alternative Education.
Aside from enjoying work you may find me travelling, hiking, writing, visiting art galleries, creating collage art and wine tasting. I lead an active life with family and friends.
Technological learning is an everpresent aspect in my way of being in this world.
