As an HR professional for over 20 years, I have been dealing efficiently with Human Resources Management issues such as: recruiting, training, performance appraisal, organizational culture, rewards systems and employment legislation.

I have successfully trained executives from both private and public sector in Human Resources Management, Leadership, Motivation, Effective communication and cooperation, Conflicts' resolution, Change, Coaching, Crisis and Stress Management.
