London, UK. Blog:
We are run by a team set up by Jane, an ex-lawyer who gave up her somewhat boring and unrewarding job 10 years ago to start exploring making natural handmade skin and care products. Jane decided to train with the Society for Cosmetic Scientists in the UK to further her passion.
Jane is well known in the beauty industry - she has been interviewed by Channel 4 for their series "How not to get old" and also for Saponifier Magazine. (Founded in 1998, for soap, toiletry and candle makers with a readership of 4,400+ worldwide.)
We teach students to make professional-grade natural cosmetics, toiletries and beauty products. Our (very affordable) workshops and courses take place in London, UK, usually on a Saturday afternoon.
If you can't attend our workshops, we also run a handmade natural skin and hair care blog which contains step by step (free) tutorials - www.makingskincare.com
And to complement the above, we love to talk about making products through our facebook discussion group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/makingskincare/
so you can stay in touch and ask as many questions as you like! (You don't need to have attended our classes to participate).
