•Contributed to a verified Data Quality Assessment and reporting systems that are consistent with USAID reporting requirements.
•Designed data flow and reporting systems that are recommended by USAID for adaption to other Implementing Partners (IPs).
•Designed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for programs such as data collection, analysis guides and forms that are adapted by other USAID Implementing Partners
•Experienced in project M&E system (develop activities and results chain) and developing M&E Plan for tracking project results.
•Organized M&E trainings and conducted Data Quality Assessments (DQA) (internal and external) for improving quality performance.
•Have strong experience in developing online data collection systems/platforms (ODK and Kobo) and training mobile tool applications in projects.
•Ten years’ experience on data analysis using Microsoft Office Excel (power pivot, pivot tables, v-look ups, import and export) with solid experience in application of statistical package for social scientists.
