Bari has been involved in more than 550 real estate transactions since she began in the business in 2004. Bari also devotes a great deal of time and energy to marketing. She leverages the full arsenal of @properties’ marketing resources to generate maximum exposure for her seller-clients, and is hands-on in everything from developing marketing concepts to writing property descriptions.

Bari has grown to become one of the top 25 agents in @Properties and the top 1% of all agents in Chicago. She has been a top producing agent in Chicago since 2012 and was even featured on an episode of House Hunters. Bari is able to sell real estate quickly and efficiently with an average market time of 20 days, which is 43 days faster than the average Chicago agent, and for an average of 98% of the list price.

Bari joined @properties in 2004 and was one of the firm’s first 200 agents. She is affiliated with the Kevin Wood Group, a boutique team of top-producing agents with over 50 years of combined experience. The group works collaboratively to offer clients a single-source solution to long-term real estate needs across a range of housing types and locations in Chicago.

A Deerfield, IL native, Bari is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
