Hi, my name is Matt, and I just finished a semester abroad in France.

The purpose in creating this blog before France was three-fold:

1) To keep close-ones updated on my experience in a new country.

2) To serve as a personal account of what happened.

3) To aid in reflection and processing.

Now that the semester is over, the purpose of this blog has shifted, but I am not sure exactly what that new use will be. What has come to mind has been to write about Fargo, ND through my eyes, yet as if I were a foreigner, so that the ties made with those in France have a way of still remaining strong, and so those that do not know Fargo, ND, can come to know Fargo, ND.

I openly welcome any feedback that you have to offer.
