Barry currently serves as a Program Manager on the Battelle Health and Consumer Solutions Team. Battelle serves the national security, health and life sciences, and energy and environmental industries. It is the world’s largest nonprofit research and development organization, with over 22,000 employees at more than 60 locations globally. A 501(c)(3) charitable trust, Battelle was founded on industrialist Gordon Battelle’s vision that business and scientific interests can go hand-in-hand as forces for positive change. Mr. Dickman is an accomplished industry thought leader with over 25+ years experience in Health Information Technology, Standards & Interoperability, Analytics, Program & Project Management Support, Quality Assurance/Improvement, HIPAA Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, Business Development, Strategic/ Business Planning, Client Relationship Building, Acquisition Management, Software Development and Requirements Management. He is a hands-on cross-functional leader who energizes and manages the successful delivery of consulting services and information technology solutions to the Federal and commercial markets. Mr. Dickman has an established track record of leading major business and technology initiatives ranging from $400K to $40M that increased revenues, maximized profits and improved operational performance. Mr. Dickman has held senior level positions helping to create business solutions that help meet the healthcare industry's top challenges. He brings extensive experience, functional knowledge and management skills to all consulting assignments.

Mr. Dickman currently serves as the Immediate Past-President to the Board of the Directors for the local chapter of the Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) – National Capital Area (NCA). HIMSS is a global non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare through IT solutions. HIMSS-NCA is the only federally-focused chapter nationwide. In addition, Mr. Dickman serves as the Immediate Past-President, Board of Directors for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Office (WFO) Citizens Academy Alumni Association (CAAA).
