Barry is a tech-savvy business executive with 25+ years of success in organizational leadership, organizational improvement, and general management in government, business, education and not-for-profit sectors. He is a cross-functional leader who energizes and managed the successful delivery of consulting services and information technology solutions to the Federal and commercial markets. He has an established record of accomplishment for leading major business and technology initiatives. Barry is an effective communicator, trusted advisor and confidante who has demonstrated his ability to train and mentor future technical / program leaders and drive improvement in human capital performance. His volunteer community interest include the role of Vice President, Washington DC Community Youth Foundation Inc. Barry’s entire career has been in the healthcare arena. He served as a Senior Executive Consultant numerous DC area companies including: SAIC, Battelle Memorial Institute, AEGIS.net, Inc., MITRE Corporation in addition to many others. Barry is a hands-on leader with deep experience in a variety of business, healthcare and information technology (IT) projects. He has held senior-level positions at various organizations helping to create business solutions that help meet the healthcare industry's top challenges and brings extensive experience, functional knowledge and management skills to all consulting assignments. He has authored numerous articles and newsletters. Barry holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, as well as a Masters of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University, School of Business and Public Management.
