Early in my career, as the real estate Asset Manager for a mixed-use hotel/commercial/retail investment in Cambridge, MA, while pursuing the hotel distinction "Preferred Hotels and Resorts" I was exposed to the intensity of delivering service at the FIVE-Star level. This experience dramatically impacted my career focus.
Today, I am committed to manage environments and relationships rather than buildings, to be a proactive director and creator of value rather than a mere custodian of assets.
As an educator, I am committed to cultivate imagination and innovation, while integrating lean thinking and sustainable practices to the real estate investment operating value stream.
