I've done this by scaling successful start-ups in hyper growth, transforming businesses through M&A, offshoring work overseas, reinventing the way we attract and retain talent or scaling rapidly a new entrant into the USA retail market.

I now complement this with helping enlightened HR Technology start-ups gain relevance in their market by advising on the industry, product and trends.
