Barry Forth’s career in the sports industry spans over 16 years, including 10 years as the General Manager of Copetown Woods Golf Club, one of Southern Ontario’s most successful golf and banquet facilities. During his tenure at Copetown Woods, Forth oversaw hundreds of golf tournaments annually, along with dozens of Weddings and other marquee events. In 2013 Forth brought his experience to Wasserman Media Group where he manages the Shaw Communications and Manulife Financial accounts within their golf sponsorship portfolio. Forth’s team works alongside Shaw and Manulife to enhance their brand image using community outreach, on-site experiential activation, social media strategies and VIP hospitality experiences at the RBC Canadian Open, Shaw Charity Classic and Manulife LPGA Classic.

Aside from his professional career, Forth is widely recognized as a leader in his hometown of Dundas, Ontario after successfully rallying the entire community to win ‘Kraft Hockeyville 2010’. For his volunteer efforts, Forth was recognized as leader within the community, receiving such awards as Tourism Hamilton’s Volunteer of the Year and Sports Ambassador of the Year, along with the Dundas Citizen of the Year.
