Barry has over a decade of strategic and operational success ranging from Fortune 500 B2C companies to venture backed B2B startups. Barry is passionate about identifying, communicating, and solving problems using new technologies such as big data analytics, cloud computing, machine learning, IoT, and robotics.

Barry is proud to serve as Chief Marketing Officer @ Identified Technologies, President @ Hackers & Founders PGH Chapter, Board Director @ JFCS, VP @ Tepper Alumni PGH Chapter, Guest Professor @ Carnegie Mellon, Duquesne and Pitt.

Previously, Barry managed new product development for Heinz's largest brand, Ore-Ida ($500MM). He led his cross-functional innovation team in creating and implementing the strategic re-branding of the portfolio and managed the new Bold & Crispy product line from ideation to the brand's largest market launch in a decade.

Barry received the Distinguished Service to the Tepper School of Business Award for helping to raise his community to the #1 Part-Time MBA Program in America as Class President. Barry likes to race, speak, write, make music, dance, take photos, and was selected as the Tepper Class of 2013 Polymath.

After studying marketing and psychology at Beloit College, Barry returned to his beloved hometown to found and lead multiple companies to acquisition. He is on a mission is to transform Pittsburgh from the "City of Steel" to the "City of Startups".
