My first question is always "Why?" Why do we do it that way? Does is help our productivity / profitability and does it move the organisation forward?

"It" is usually an administration system or process and I just love finding better ways of do "It".

Whether it’s computerising a manual system, improving any sort of administration system to reduce cost and increase productivity or developing strategies for the future.

I'm bilingual (English / French), versatile and very adaptable. Give me a challenge and I'll find solutions.
