As a Strategy and Delivery Consultant to clients in various industries, I partner with executives to identify and create a plan to achieve their strategic vision.

Subsequently, I oversee and manage implementation of the tactical plan by cross-functional teams and their Technical Managers, as well as, facilitate performance measurement and communicate progress to senior management.

Cross-functional teams include: Creative and Marketing, Data Integration, UX / DX, Engineers, PMO, internal and external business partners.
