I am a Registered Massage Therapist, having graduated from CDI College and obtained a diploma in Massage Therapy with honors.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in this field, especially in Swedish massage techniques,sports massage, hydrotherapy and remedial exercises. I have also excelled in advanced massage therapy techniques in the field of trigger point therapy and joint mobilization.

I specialize in Deep tissue therapy , Sports massage and Thai massage

I do provide insurance receipts for my services which can be claimed from your insurance companies.

At the moment I work at The Manor, on 584 Church street , in the heart of the village, Downtown, Toronto, on tuesdays, thursdays, fridays and saturdays and at The Church Street Health Centre, 491, Church Street, 2/F , on mondays , wednesdays and friday mornings.
