Basil Barouki

Basil Barouki has work experience in health care, finance, and private banking. He was part of the orginal team to develop Polaris Energy, a private equity firm that focused on the renewable energy sector in Milan, Italy. Mr. Barouki’s entrepreneurial experience focused on a wide range of industries, including health care and energy.

Basil Barouki co-founded Plastic Surgery Review, a website targeted at the Orange County and Los Angeles plastic surgery market. He developed the mission for the company, created a business model, and grew the firm. After serving at Plastic Surgery Review for two years, Mr. Barouki sold the company to pursue other ventures.

In 2010, Barouki joined Polaris Energy, working out of the company’s operating headquarters in Milan. Mr. Barouki’s duties include collaborating with directors from a number of departments, including business development, marketing, and private equity investment. He also coordinated Polaris’ strategic partners and assists in the development of long-term strategy.

Prior to entering the energy business, Basil El Barouki worked in the real estate and mortgage industries, as well as the financial markets. He held a number of positions in the Orange County area, including Bank of America. Mr. Barouki graduated from California State University, Long Beach.
