Thomas Baskind possesses substantial experience in sales, marketing, and client negotiations. As Managing Director at Continental Corporate Services, Thomas Baskind handles sales and marketing tactics for the legal services firm. Under his leadership, the company boasts double-digit revenue growth in the past year. Thomas Baskind managed the launch of several new company services, including the CCS Dataroom and Business Licenses. An accomplished instructor, Thomas Baskind created training programs for new associates and paralegals at client’s firm. Prior to joining Continental Corporate Services in 2009, Thomas Baskind worked at Corporation Service Company in New York City. The company offers service and technology solutions to financial firms and the corporate legal community. As Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, Thomas Baskind oversaw national account managers, the law firm sales team, and a new business group. Thomas Baskind also spearheaded a customer-relationship management (CRM) and prospect management system. These efforts doubled the company’s reach to new customers for clients including Major League Baseball and Godiva and improved cross selling to existing clients such as Liberty Mutual and Konica Minolta. From 2005 to 2007, Thomas Baskind led the growth of VMS, a news monitoring and media intelligence company. As Vice President of the News Division, Mr. Baskind initiated a 12 percent growth during just two years in the position. Through his negotiation skills, Thomas Baskind secured substantial client contracts with companies including Gap, Inc.; Cingular Wireless LLC (now AT&T; Mobility); eBay, Inc.; and The Home Depot. Thomas Baskind directly managed more than 80 employees, including 54 account managers and 25 direct salespeople.
