After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Business dministration in Syria, I moved to Austria in 2001
to continue my postgraduate study in economics at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, which I
finished in 2005. In 2006 I completed my Master study in public health (strategic management) at the
Health & Life Sciences University in Hall in Tirol. Between 4/2006 and 2/2011 I worked as marketing
manager for the national and international market at EMCO Hospital in Salzburg. During my job I did
open several canals and cooperation with hospitals, hotels such as IHG and tourist agencies for
medical tourism. Later I worked as a marketing manager at SANLAS Holding in Graz which is a group
of 10 hospitals and nursing homes.
