A longtime Hunting Valley, Ohio resident, Bassem Mansour holds a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Dayton and a master of business administration with a focus on finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Since 1994, he has worked widely in areas such as principal investing, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and leveraged buyouts. Bassem Mansour has served as an investment banker with McDonald Investments and a senior vice president with KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Since founding the organization two decades ago, Bassem Mansour has served as co-chief executive officer of Resilience Capital Partners in the Cleveland suburb of Beachwood. Under his leadership, Resilience invests in niche-oriented American business service and manufacturing companies. In addition to guiding firm investment strategy and asset oversight, Mr. Mansour sits on the board of directors of multiple companies in the Resilience portfolio. Over the years, Resilience has invested in 27 companies that employ more than 5,000 people and generate a combined revenue of more than $2.5 billion.
