Adam Bates

Hello, My name is Adam Bates. I currently live in Omaha NE with my wife Hannah. We just recently got married on 1/3/15, and are so excited to begin our lives together while continuing in our shared passion of serving the Lord. Currently I am the Worship Pastor/Intern at Indianola Church of Christ in Indianola IA. This is a 2 1/2 hour commute each way for my wife and I every weekend. I travel East Saturday mornings and back West Monday evenings. This allows me time Saturday to put the final touches on Sunday and Monday to plan for the next week. My role at ICoC is to plan Sunday services using Planning Center Online, develop sermon slides for our lead Pastor, input new songs within Pro Presenter 5, oversee the worship/tech teams along with their respective budgets and volunteers, and oversee stage design. It is my passion to develop relationships with members of the congregation, walking along side them in their walk with Christ, also to equip the worship/tech team to be able to serve effectively and with excellence where they are passionate within the church. My philosophy of ministry be it Worship, Pastoral, Missions, Youth etc... is this; I'm going to LEAD with LOVE while I LIVE and PREACH the TRUTH. Thanks for stopping by...
