Business:

As a nutrition expert, I am happy and eager to share my knowledge of food with the world. I have an open-minded and down-to-earth approach towards medical nutrition therapy which allows me to tailor my teachings to any client's need. Far from the food police, I aim to communicate my philosophies of healthful living to empower those around me.

Personal:

I love playing outdoors during all four seasons. I grew up in southeast Michigan where I learned to appreciate nature while birdwatching with my mom and catching snakes and turtles with my brother. I love fashion, however my two favorite outfits are my sun-faded bikini and my muddy snow gear. After graduating from Michigan State University in 2008 with my degree in dietetics, the Colorado Rocky Mountains hired me to be a full time ski bunny. For two years I bartended on the side when I wasn't exploring the mountains on my snowboard. While I love to play, I also love to learn. I recently completed my dietetic internship in Pittsburgh, PA and hope to use my passion and knowledge of nutrition to inspire others to live a positive and healthy lifestyle.
