Many who had very little gave everything so that I might achieve the impossible. In this spirit, I give everything so that others might achieve the same.

As a civilian, I advocate selfless service, and I am a supporter of humanitarian efforts at home and abroad.

As a firefighter, in the city and in the Army, I support the preservation of human life and property.
