Baylor Barbee is a best-selling self-help author, motivational speaker, and corporate strategist.
Baylor double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Baylor University on a full athletic football scholarship. Baylor, a big advocate of education, became a frequent member of the Big XII Commissioner’s Honor Roll and actively participated in Baylor Football’s community outreach, most notably with the Special Olympics and youth outreach.
Upon lettering in football and graduating, Baylor completed his Master’s Degree in Education – Sports Management. Baylor served as the intern marketing director of Henry Hoops, a 501c3 non-profit geared at teaching urban youth in Waco, TX life skills as well as basketball.
Baylor started a Marketing firm upon graduation and ran campaigns for multi-million dollar companies, Championship UFC fighters, NFL stars and more.
Baylor would go on to later co-found a 501c3 non-profit, Motivation geared, “RehabTime Organization.” Through a combination of writing, speaking, and community involvement, Baylor was recognized by the City of Dallas as one of the top 12 Most Influential African-Americans in Dallas, TX.
Through Rehab Time, Baylor Co-authored the Best-Selling book “See My Heart Not My Past,” along with “Breaking Your Own Heart,” "You're Perfect: for the heart that's meant to love you," and "Know Your Circle." In addition to writing, Baylor spends time as a motivational speaker to churches, businesses, schools, and individuals across the United States and North America.
Baylor resides in Dallas, TX where he competes as a Triathlete and Marathoner in caused-based endurance races to bring awareness to great causes through his RehabTime “Catch Dreams” Initiative.
