Bayonle Fesobi is a Nigerian advocate for peaceful and inclusive societies and sustainable development. He has had a balanced volunteer-manager experience with African Students For Liberty, promoting individual freedom and economic liberty. Bayonle is a social change agent passionate about enlightening youth participation in governance. He is a certified Human Resource manager and Lead Consultant at Hub Professional Consult, where he trains young Nigerians in Civic Leadership, Public Speaking, and Project Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, a Certificate in Civic Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra and a Masters’ Degree (In View) in International Relations from the Department of Political Science, University of Ibadan. He has received several awards for his leadership and research work. Bayonle is also a trained and certified Community Development Expert who volunteers with the Young African Leaders Initiative and is an Alumnus of the United States Government-funded Regional Leadership Fellowship for Emerging Young Leaders in West Africa (YALI RLC West Africa).

He has worked with various organizations and has a strong track record of leading and executing educational programs. Bayonle has been trained by the prestigious Atlas Network, Virginia in Marketing and Communications and holds a Certificate in MarCom360 from the 2022 Cohort Training in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Until recently, he was a national Coordinator for Students For Liberty Nigeria, Regional Coordinator for Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Sierra Leone, before he moved to become the first Community Mobilizer at Students For Liberty’s Liberty Opportunity Task Force - an international frontline movement for activism and advocacy working with over 25 volunteers across the world.

Bayonle is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School where he was trained and holds a Certificate in Strategy and Action, specializing in Turning Strategy into Action. He is an alumnus of the African Changemakers Initiative. He trains and speaks at various forums where he has the opportunity to spread the message of freedom, and leadership and has built several teams that drive educational programs with various global organizations including EduQuest International, Achieve Apex, FAME Foundation, all of which focus on education.

He currently serves as Director of Research and Policy at Ominira Initiative for Economic Advancement where he leads the curation and production of landmark and groundbreaking reports.

In his leisure time, Bayonle plays the piano and enjoys travelling around the world to see and meet new people.
