Alec Scheiber's first cooking job came at the age of 21 when he joined the staff at the Smoke, a well known place in Sydney. He stayed for seven years working closely with the best in the field, a classical European chef.
He moved to Brisbane when he was 29 and opened a barbecue restaurant. People quickly recognized the quality of his food. As a person who loves to share things with others (just like his food) he will share little secrets of his excellent bbq. Sharing is caring.
