One of my main qualities is exploration. Trying to find a next step, every time, all the time. Inspire others to be curious about unknown possibilities. And to give confidence and room to dare to step into unforeseen opportunities. As a father, entrepreneur and consultant I have created my playing field to do this. And I am grateful for that.
