Who? I am a tour guide at a local award-winning distillery, published whiskey writer, an Executive Bourbon Steward, and SQA-certified in Single Malt Whisky.

What? This bespoke tasting experience includes an engaging primer in the history and production of spirits, dispelling commons myths and misinformation.

Private events are also accompanied by:

• Basic sensory training (to identify common aromas)
• A range of expressions to sample
• Hors d'oeuvres to pair, such as chocolate or a charcuterie board

Selections and customized material are based on your preferences and the background of your group.

The program is structured enough to progress through the tasting, but it's all about having a great time in the end.

• All participants must be 21+
• Ideally, 6-8 people make for a good number of people; must have a minimum of 4 participants and maximum of 12
