Beatrice Mwangi

I'm the head of company operations at NGENI Labs a Tech Development company based in Nairobi, Kenya.

My duties include overseeing the daily operations of the company , ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively also helping to maximize productivity and profitability while minimizing costs and waste.

I manage a team of five departments(general counsel,finance,human resource,logistics&residences and hospitality) .

My skills are analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and communication skills.

I hold a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from Kenya Utalii College Nairobi.

My interests range from music, arts to travel. I am also interested in reading.
