Christian Ballard

Christian Ballard is a 17-year-old student at Red Oak High School. As a junior, he is enjoying his third year in the STEM Engineering Program sponsored by Project Lead The Way, and enjoys advanced mathematics. It is his desire to pursue a career in industrial engineering.

To accomplish this goal, Christian aspires to attend a 4-year university in Texas, and strives to play Division I football. Sporting #90 for the Red Oak Hawks, Christian recently celebrated the team accomplishment of a great season, finishing as undefeated District champs, Bi-district champs, and Area champs.

Outside of school, Christian is a supporter of the local Education Foundation and was deemed a 1000-Minute Volunteer in 2019 by the Parent Teacher Association. He is a member of Journey Baptist Church and serves on the usher board and in music ministry.

Christian gets his daily motivation from I Corinthians 13:11: When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. But when I became a man, I put away childish things.
