Jalen Chadwick

Jalen M. Chadwick was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Tonni Grant. Jalen has a passion for singing & making music which he has immersed himself in since a young age. He is a faithful servant in his church, Beth Eden Missionary Baptist Church. Participating in the choir, mime, theatre, courtesy, and usher ministries fill his days. Jalen would like to attend a prestigious HBCU, like Howard or Grambling State University, and major in Finance to become an Investment Banker on Wall St. Once an Investment Banker, Jalen plans to teach African American families about the importance of having a college savings plans for their young children. His belief is, everything helps, there is no amount too small and that one should start early and be consistent. Jalen’s favorite quote to live by is a quote from Barack Obama: “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”
