More about me:
I am grateful to have had two unique and fulfilling career pathways in my life. In my earlier career, I was an emergency medical services provider as one of the first female paramedics in Arizona, as well as a Certified Emergency Nurse (RN/CEN) in several hospital ERs, including a Level One Trauma Center.
In my second career, I successfully pursued my interests in marketing, public relations, writing and philanthropy. I have had the honor of serving as Media Director for Geoff Notkin of TV's “Meteorite Men” since 2010. I also serve as a Board Member with Keepers of the Wild, a top-rated wildlife sanctuary in Valentine, Arizona.
In addition, I have served in various senior roles at nonprofit organizations since 2007, including development, fundraising, marketing, communications, education, exhibit curation and more. I worked at Challenger Space Center Arizona from 2007-2014 and Beads of Courage from 2010-2023.
I am also Senior Writer at Discover Con, where I interview interesting and notable people about their lives and careers.
