I studied communication. Worked in agencies and as a conultant. Wasn´t very happy. Escaped to Colombia and spent there 2 years of my life, full of adventures.
Came back in 2011 and I ran into IT recruiting by accident. And fell in love. Since 2012 I help companies to grow and to find the right people for their developer teams. Since Last year I work for viasto, a Berlin based, established startup company with no external investment. Our product is a video interview recruiting tool which is used by many companies worldwide. I do internal recruiting, hand in hand with our close-knit dev team and happy to see that we doubled within a year! One last front-end dev is missing - then I am happy and going to retire ;-)
