I´ve always been struggling with my weight...I tried lots of diets and finally found my way with the weight watchers program. It helped me lose about 40 pounds. After 3 years of on and off strictly sticking to the program (everytime a set back when not sticking to it :-P) I decided to change my lifestyle completely. Even though the program helped me lose all that weight, I never managed to find a balance between eating within my points and running wild with desire/hunger and eating everything I could get into my hands. So now I am right in the process of changing my eating habits to "cleaneating" and would like to share my experience and efforts with you!
