Becky is a pretty average person trapped in a slightly crazy life. Wife to a retired soldier, mother to two children (one grown-and-on-her-own and one semi-grown), and grandmother to one adorable baby, Becky seems to spend a lot of time avoiding doing laundry.

Additionally living in the house are a varying number of foster dogs, seven personal dogs (Athena the black lab/chow mix, Kali the Rottweiler/AmStaff mix, Brundle Bear and Piglet, the AmStaff/Pointer mixes, and Winston and Shakspeare, the Olde English Bulldogges, and Baby Hope the Shepherd/Pit mix), two cats (Elvis Purrsley, the Maine Coon, and Jayne the cat), and a flock of chickens (the chickens live outside). The partridge in the pear tree died last year. She loves to bake, read and not blog for weeks at a time.
